Responsibilities

• Own full-spectrum recruiting across Engineering and GTM, focusing on scaling early-stage engineering teams
• Define talent strategy and employer brand to attract elite engineers and operators
• Build a zero-to-one sourcing engine using outbound, referrals, and community
• Implement recruiting processes and tooling (ATS) suitable for a lean startup
• Manage candidate experience to ensure a high-velocity and respectful process
• Partner with hiring managers to coach on calibration, interview techniques, and closing

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record of scaling early-stage engineering teams in high-growth environments
• Experience landing senior and staff-level engineers in competitive markets
• Ability to build or overhaul recruiting systems from scratch in ambiguous environments
• Highly autonomous and comfortable operating as a team of one
