Responsibilities
- Own full-spectrum recruiting across Engineering and GTM, focusing on scaling early-stage engineering teams
- Define talent strategy and employer brand to attract elite engineers and operators
- Build a zero-to-one sourcing engine using outbound, referrals, and community
- Implement recruiting processes and tooling (ATS) suitable for a lean startup
- Manage candidate experience to ensure a high-velocity and respectful process
- Partner with hiring managers to coach on calibration, interview techniques, and closing
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of scaling early-stage engineering teams in high-growth environments
- Experience landing senior and staff-level engineers in competitive markets
- Ability to build or overhaul recruiting systems from scratch in ambiguous environments
- Highly autonomous and comfortable operating as a team of one
