About the Company

Edra is solving one of the hardest problems in enterprise AI: AI models are generic but company processes are specific. We build AI agents that learn how processes actually run, and then run their operations. We're a Series A startup, backed by Sequoia and other leading VC firms.

Responsibilities

• Source exceptional talent across New York and London markets
• Partner with Founders and hiring managers to recruit world-class engineers
• Design and implement recruiting operations from scratch, including ATS setup (Ashby)
• Run recruiting operations to ensure fast and frictionless hiring
• Scale recruiting impact using AI tooling
• Sell Edra’s mission and opportunity to candidates
• Shape early talent philosophy and interview processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for top-tier tech organizations
• Technical fluency with experience recruiting for complex engineering roles
• Proven interviewing expertise
• Builder mindset with experience building recruiting systems or teams from the ground up
• Hands-on operational experience with recruiting tools and workflows
