Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across both technical and business roles including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers to build effective hiring strategies and keep processes moving with clarity and speed
- Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first outreach through offer
- Iterate on the recruiting infrastructure including pipelines, documentation, ATS hygiene, and interview processes
- Use data and market insights to advise on compensation, pacing, and sourcing efforts
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience across both technical and business roles
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or Harmonic
- Experience working with and calibrating recruiting agencies
- Strong communication skills to earn trust with candidates and filter talent
- Ability to drive execution and define direction in ambiguous environments
