Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting funnel from sourcing and outbound to offer close across engineering, GTM, and ops
• Run aggressive outbound sequences and build targeted lists to engage passive candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to screen candidates and move fast without dropping quality
• Design and iterate on recruiting infrastructure including outreach templates, intake processes, and ATS hygiene
• Act as a strategic talent partner for team planning, compensation advice, and organizational design
• Partner with the Head of Ops on People strategy, candidate experience, and onboarding

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent, or highly people-facing roles (SDR, AE, partnerships)
• Proven track record of closing candidates with multiple competing offers
• Experience running outbound recruiting or outbound sales
• Comfort recruiting technical roles or ability to learn technical concepts quickly
• High agency and ability to work independently in a startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in-person from the New York City office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting engineers at venture-backed companies, search firms, or VC talent teams
• Experience working in deeply technical environments
• Proficiency using AI tools to optimize sourcing and outreach
