We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across engineering, product, GTM, operations, and clinical teams
• Work directly with founders and hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, and close candidates
• Develop creative sourcing engines including community-building, referral systems, and outbound campaigns
• Build recruiting systems, processes, and automations such as interview scorecards and ATS management
• Act as a trusted thought partner to hiring managers to improve interview quality and raise the hiring bar
• Communicate Alpaca's mission, culture, and vision to prospective candidates
• Design the foundation for a future recruiting team as the company scales

Requirements

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (Engineering, Product, Ops, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
• Proven ability to find talent through creative sourcing and personalized outreach
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
• AI-native approach to improving sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations
• Strong closing skills with the ability to build trust and navigate candidate objections
• High standards for talent quality and strong professional judgment
• High capacity for work and ability to move with urgency
