Founding Product Operations Manager

About the Company

Auctor is building the AI layer for professional services and software implementation, automating the documentation, discovery, and decision-making that powers $400B+ in services work.

Responsibilities

• Own how customer feedback is captured and synthesized from deployment, sales, and Slack into structured demand views
• Define and instrument metrics for product usage, adoption, and pilot-to-annual conversion
• Build dashboards and reporting for real-time product health visibility
• Run recurring product syncs and rituals to drive product decisions
• Document the product vision, roadmap, and strategic rationale to maintain team alignment
• Partner with go-to-market teams on positioning, assets, demos, and launch readiness
• Work with deployment strategists to translate field insights into roadmap input
• Manage and rationalize the product tech stack for feedback, analytics, and documentation
• Establish prioritization frameworks based on vision and customer impact

Requirements

• 2-10+ years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy & ops, business operations, or consulting
• Experience in enterprise software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with data, metrics, and technical product tooling

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, or ServiceNow
• Experience scaling a product operations function
• Experience working at an early-stage startup
• Coding ability is a plus
