Responsibilities

• Own narrative and positioning for the overarching brand and individual benefits
• Create compelling collateral and creative assets across paid ads, app store, social, and product launches
• Define and drive Casa’s commercial voice and tone to ensure brand consistency
• Optimize conversion by identifying and resolving friction points in the member signup journey
• Provide creative direction for campaigns, collaborating with external agencies when necessary
• Define measurement frameworks to translate customer insights into stronger messaging

Requirements

• 8+ years in product marketing, brand marketing, or messaging roles for consumer products
• Exceptional writing skills with a focus on clear, persuasive, and conversion-oriented messaging
• Proven ability to distill complex products into compelling narratives
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and decision-making processes
• Experience marketing high-consideration personal purchases (e.g., home, family, or lifestyle services)
• Ability to combine creative storytelling with analytical rigor regarding funnel conversion
• Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable with significant autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing premium consumer, subscription, home, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
• Experience reimagining product presentation through storytelling
• Early-stage startup experience building messaging and systems from scratch
