Truva is on a mission to make real estate transparent and delightful. We are building the world’s best home-buying and home-selling experiences, which combine online and offline touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development by driving the vision and strategy for home-buying, home-selling, and internal tools
• Collaborate closely with founders to shape product direction and strategic decisions
• Conduct user research to translate customer needs into delightful product features
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on feedback and business goals
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
• Iterate on products to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product management
• Exceptional track record in past professional roles or academics
• Proven ability to hustle and execute tasks effectively
• Experience with real estate transactions, either personally or professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in early to mid-stage startups
• Experience being part of university, semi-professional, or professional sports teams
