Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO, design, and engineering to set product strategy and own the roadmap
• Drive features end-to-end from requirements and specs to stakeholder alignment and shipping
• Conduct constant user research to turn pain points into valuable product features
• Balance near-term customer needs with long-term product vision

Requirements

• Sharp product judgment and high design taste for elegant user experiences
• Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering on technical product domains
• Strong communication skills to bring structure to ambiguity
• AI fluency with the ability to prototype with latest tools and reason about model capabilities
• Ability to work in person 5 days a week at the NYC headquarters
