Responsibilities

• Work on the product roadmap
• Lead the strategy and launch of a mobile application in tier-one markets
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate product solutions
• Define and track key product metrics including retention, activation, engagement, and conversion
• Collaborate with design to create intuitive, gamified UX
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, prototyping, and execution
• Deep dive into personality psychology and psychotypes to digitalize human experience

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management at a Senior level
• Proven experience managing mobile applications (iOS/Android) in tier-one markets
• Data-first approach with strong data analysis skills for user flow construction
• Experience with analytical tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase
• High level of AI fluency for research, prototyping, and building
• Proven track record of measurable results in previous roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or background in personality psychology, psychotypes, or behavioral science
• Experience with AI-powered and gamified consumer products
• Experience in a 0-to-1 startup environment
