Founding Product Manager

Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows.

Responsibilities

• Find the right problems by developing expertise in customer workflows, model capabilities, and the competitive landscape
• Multiply the team by removing obstacles, nailing launch plans, and keeping the organization aligned
• Maintain high engineering velocity by finding paths that allow product and GTM to match the pace of development
• Ship product end-to-end, including specification, building, testing, launching, and measuring success
• Own product metrics, including pricing, packaging, PLG motions, and enterprise expansion
• Set the quality bar by personally performing QA and pushing for high-polish user experiences
• Develop deep understanding across multiple verticals including financial services, healthcare, and legal

Requirements

• 5+ years as a PM, engineer, or founder with experience taking a product from concept to revenue
• Deeply technical background with ability to read API specs and discuss model architectures
• Metrics-driven approach to defining success and business outcomes
• Excellent product taste and attention to detail
• Maniacal focus on outcomes and ability to work with high ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building technical products for developers or working with document processing/AI infrastructure
• Background in ML/AI product management shipping products powered by proprietary models
• Experience at a high-growth startup scaling from early traction to scale
• Experience building or scaling a horizontal platform across multiple verticals
