Founding Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new vertical SMB products.
• Drive an AI-native design philosophy where AI automates workflows and consults on behalf of the customer.
• Conduct field research by building direct relationships with wellness practitioners to understand unmet needs.
• Work closely with a small engineering and design team to ship fast, owning the roadmap, specs, and releases.
• Partner with the GTM team to shape pricing, positioning, and product-led growth motions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically building tools that businesses depend on daily.
• Proven track record of shipping 0→1 products and successfully scaling a customer base.
• Experience building AI-native products or working with LLMs, including understanding probabilistic outputs and user trust.
• Experience working in a startup-stage environment with high agency and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence pricing, positioning, and ICP definitions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or service-business SMB sectors.
• Deep understanding of the operational textures involved in running a small practice or studio.
