Founding Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap and strategy
• Conduct direct customer discovery to surface product direction patterns
• Prioritize roadmap by balancing customer feedback, technical constraints, and business goals
• Lead cross-functional alignment between engineering, leadership, and go-to-market teams
• Guide product initiatives from concept through launch
• Track competitive dynamics and industry trends
• Establish product processes, planning rhythms, and communication structures

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise software
• Experience working directly with engineering teams to ship technical products
• Strong customer discovery instincts
• Technical fluency to engage with engineers on architecture and implementation tradeoffs
• Excellent written communication skills for an async-first environment
• Data-informed approach to prioritization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with APIs, integrations, or infrastructure products
