Founding Product Manager

About the Company

We are building the next generation of customer experience infrastructure at ixigo, one of India's largest travel platforms. Voice agents, conversational AI, real interactions at scale. We have already built and battle-tested this internally and now we are taking it to market.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep customer discovery sessions to identify high-value use cases for Voice AI
• Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including PRDs and success metrics
• Design logic for natural, empathetic voice interactions and AI orchestration
• Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, and sales
• Collaborate on product-led growth (PLG) initiatives and onboarding flows
• Establish rigorous feedback loops using user telemetry data

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI
• Proven ability to work independently and validate problems with data
• Hybrid mindset combining product management with marketing and positioning
• Technical fluency in LLMs, TTS (Text-to-Speech), and STT (Speech-to-Text) pipelines
• High agency and ability to thrive in early-stage startup ambiguity
