Founding Product Manager

About the Company

Hyperscale is building the AI-native intelligence layer for physical operations, starting with trucking carriers. We are a team of ex-Samsara engineers and fleet operators automating the highest-volume back-office workflows with agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow discovery with dispatchers, drivers, and operations teams on-site
• Convert field learnings into a clear, prioritized product roadmap
• Write product specs that provide engineering with precise requirements
• Manage customer relationships from post-sale through go-live and expansion
• Partner with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to drive implementation
• Build AI workflows to automate and scale the PM function

Requirements

• Background as a software engineer who transitioned into product management
• 5+ years of experience across engineering and product
• 2+ years in a product management role, ideally at an early-stage company
• Strong technical depth to work credibly with engineers
• Willingness to travel on-site to customer locations
• High agency and ability to operate without defined processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in logistics, trucking, fleet management, or supply chain software
• Familiarity with TMS platforms, ELD systems, or dispatch software
• Prior experience with AI/ML products, specifically conversational AI or agent-based systems
• Experience in professional services, implementation, or customer success engineering
