Eubrics is an AI-native platform that helps financial-services professionals—advisors, insurance agents, wealth managers, and retail bankers—have higher-impact client conversations. By combining generative AI, behavioral science, and organizational development, Eubrics provides an AI sales-coaching platform where reps practice realistic roleplays and receive instant AI feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire product roadmap and prioritization from initial US enterprise customers through expansion.
• Manage the experience for three distinct user types: admins, sales reps, and sales leaders.
• Design self-serve setup and DIY configuration flows using progressive disclosure.
• Oversee overall UX/UI design to create polished, well-thought-out experiences.
• Define the AI product surface, including agent orchestration, feedback loops, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Lead instrumentation and analytics to measure engagement quality and product performance.

Requirements

• Experience in early-stage product execution and scaling B2B products.
• Fluency in Enterprise B2B environments, including compliance and multi-stakeholder sign-offs.
• Proven ability in multi-role product thinking and designing self-serve UX.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products, specifically building agentic systems and managing non-deterministic outputs.
• Strong skills in analytics and product instrumentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
• Understanding of the L&D or sales-enablement product categories.
• Knowledge of the financial-advisory or regulated sales space.
• Experience with conversational or voice-AI products, including latency and spoken UX.
