Founding Product Manager

About the Company

Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs, starting in autism care. We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure. We've raised over $14M in funding and are growing 30% MoM.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor to prototype and validate ideas through working demos
• Own growth and conversion of patients by optimizing the full funnel from referral to session
• Design the end-to-end patient experience and ensure coordination with provider workflows
• Build the provider growth platform focusing on intelligent scheduling, staffing, and utilization
• Drive product outcomes through execution, prototyping, and customer research

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management experience across B2C healthcare and SMB B2B software
• Strong technical depth in AI systems, data architecture, or developer-adjacent environments
• Proven experience using AI tools to rapidly prototype and iterate
• Track record of owning products from 0 to 1
• Ability to bridge engineering and business teams effectively
• Must be NYC-based or open to relocation (role is 5 days a week in person)

• Strong product thinking with high judgment and clear opinions
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
