Founding Product Designer

About the Company

Sandstone is on a mission to elevate in-house legal from a support function into a true strategic partner. We are building an AI-native platform that enables modern legal teams to move at the speed of AI, unify legal data, and power end-to-end workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to design, build, and iterate on core product features
• Own product work end-to-end, partnering with engineering from problem definition to launch
• Establish the company's design system, standards, and processes
• Improve methods for soliciting and incorporating customer feedback into the product
• Build the design team and culture from the ground up in collaboration with co-founders

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Front-end development experience or willingness to code with AI tools
• Proven track record of entrepreneurship or success in unstructured environments
• High empathy and emotional intelligence regarding user experience
