Responsibilities

• Own the design function from the ground up and manage design end-to-end across customer deployments
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, research, sales, and operations to define and build the product vision
• Conduct user research by running pilots and shadowing workflows to uncover pain points
• Develop strategic product visions and sequence them into pragmatic phases
• Operate entrepreneurially to make decisions with incomplete information and unblock the team
• Raise the bar for design culture through systems thinking and pixel-level precision

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product design experience, ideally in enterprise products, operations tooling, or internal platforms
• Proven track record of designing and shipping production-grade features for complex systems
• Experience working directly with customers and end users to connect insights to business goals
• Ability to communicate design decisions confidently to both customers and engineers
• Strong collaborative and communication skills with experience managing stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as the sole designer in a high-stakes environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-sided marketplaces
• Experience with LLM products in production
• Experience with operator/workflow management systems or internal tools at high-growth companies
