About the Company

Genmo is a research lab dedicated to building open, state-of-the-art models for video generation towards unlocking the right brain of AGI. We are shaping the future of AI and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in video generation.

Responsibilities

• Distill insights from user needs and model research into clear product directions
• Design and prototype interfaces for the existing Genmo web application and future products
• Specify and evaluate model behavior and its impact on user experience
• Collaborate closely with research, engineering, and product teams
• Uphold and advance visual consistency and UX quality across all platforms

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in product design for web and mobile
• Strong ownership mindset to lead design projects end-to-end
• Experience with consumer applications and user engagement
• Experience working in a small design team environment
• Passion for building a safe and exciting future with transformative technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous founding designer experience
• Experience in video creation or the video production industry
• Frontend development experience or interest (e.g., HTML/CSS, React)
• Experience in animation, illustration, or brand design
