Responsibilities

• Own the entire product design process including user journeys, interaction design, and visual language
• Partner with engineering and product to bring complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
• Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products
• Shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Proven ability to turn complex user problems into elegant solutions
• Strong communication skills to explain design decisions
• High level of drive, grit, and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer or prosumer startups
