About the Company

Clarion is rebuilding how healthcare communicates in the age of AI. We build communication infrastructure that allows AI agents to handle workflows like scheduling, billing, and prescription refills, ensuring healthcare teams can focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire design language and brand identity across all touchpoints
• Design AI voice experiences, including conversation flows and dialogue scripts
• Create intuitive product interfaces and dashboards for healthcare teams
• Build a scalable design system from scratch, including visual and voice interaction patterns
• Ship brand experiences including pitch decks, product demos, and conference materials

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience with a portfolio covering brand and product design
• Full-stack design capability (brand strategy, UI design, and copywriting)
• Systems thinking for visual and conversational interfaces
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Ability to work in-person from the NYC office daily

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience making AI conversations feel natural and human
• Ability to write compassionate, healthcare-focused copy
• Interest in bridging visual and auditory user experiences
