Responsibilities
- Lead the UI design process from concept to implementation
- Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate designs
- Drive design critiques and stakeholder discussions to articulate design rationale
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing mobile-first products
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful UI and UX work
- Outstanding visual design skills with attention to detail and accessibility
- Data-driven mindset using research and analytics to guide decisions
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion design
- Experience with gamified elements
- Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
