About the Company

Responsibilities

• Establish and build the foundational design system in Figma, including tokens, components, and patterns
• Create a cohesive look and feel across all platform modules and features
• Design and prototype key features from concept to high-fidelity interactive prototypes
• Lead solution discovery by understanding problems and exploring directions
• Translate solutions into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Conduct direct customer discovery and UI/UX validation to pressure-test designs
• Partner closely with engineering to drive tactical delivery and implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS
• Proven experience establishing and rolling out a design system
• Strong visual and interaction design craft shown in a portfolio
• Ability to run independent product discovery and make judgment calls
• Proficiency in Figma and AI-assisted design tools like Claude Design
• Ability to write clear requirements and partner with engineering teams
• Experience thriving in lean, fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for complex, enterprise, or data-heavy technical platforms
• Experience in early-stage startups or small teams wearing multiple hats
• Front-end literacy to collaborate effectively on design system implementation
• Experience working alongside AI systems and applying human judgment to automated outputs
