About the role

About the Company

Retell AI is using first principles to reimagine the call center with cutting-edge voice AI. Backed by Y Combinator and Alt Capital, we have scaled to $60M ARR and are building a modern CX platform where entire contact centers are powered by intelligent AI workers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships across cloud providers, AI companies, and systems integrators
  • Build and scale co-sell, referral, marketplace, and channel partnership programs
  • Own partnership execution end-to-end, including commercial negotiations and performance management
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers and industry leaders
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering on joint GTM initiatives
  • Support partner enablement through onboarding, training, and co-marketing
  • Represent Retell AI at conferences and industry events
  • Gather market intelligence to inform GTM and product strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
  • Experience managing enterprise technology partnerships in SaaS, infrastructure, AI, or cloud ecosystems
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently for conferences and partner meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling co-sell, referral, or marketplace programs
  • Experience working with cloud providers or AI ecosystem companies
  • Existing network within enterprise SaaS, AI, or infrastructure ecosystems
  • Experience managing executive-level strategic accounts
