About the role
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify NP practice owners through outbound prospecting, conference networking, and referral channels
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, tracking activity and deal stage
- Lead discovery conversations with practice owners to understand clinical models and revenue challenges
- Manage deals from initial contact through contract execution
- Represent Duet at NP-focused conferences and industry meetups
- Provide market intelligence to product and clinical teams regarding objections and competitor landscape
- Help shape early sales collateral, pitch decks, and outreach templates
Requirements
- 2–5 years in a client-facing sales, partnerships, or business development role
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or a regulated industry
- Demonstrated track record of owning deals end-to-end
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Ability to operate without a fully built playbook and create structure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to independent or small-group medical practices
- Familiarity with practice economics, billing, coding, and revenue cycle
- Existing relationships in the NP or primary care community
- Experience with sales prospecting tools like Apollo, Clay, or Outreach
