Founding Mobile Engineer (iOS)

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance, scalable mobile applications from scratch using Swift
• Architect the mobile experience for a brand-new project, owning the entire lifecycle from coding to production deployment
• Optimize system responsiveness and performance while managing external services for split-testing and feature flagging
• Lead the technical standard through rigorous code reviews and weekly syncs to drive priority and speed

Requirements

• 5+ years of heavy-hitting experience in mobile and software development
• Deep mastery of Swift
• Expertise in deploying AI agents to focus on system design, architecture, and deep technical topics
• Experience developing or implementing SDKs
• High-ownership builder with intense, intrinsic motivation
• Solution-driven engineer comfortable with fast-paced startup culture
• Clear communicator in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the AdTech space
• Experience with Objective-C
