About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and scale demand generation strategy across referral, outbound, SEO, and experimental channels
- Define and refine core messaging, positioning, and ICP narratives across all company touchpoints
- Design and optimize the growth marketing stack, including HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo
- Build reporting, attribution, and data standards to provide visibility into pipeline and CAC
- Lead content strategy development, including website copy, case studies, and social media
- Identify and test new growth channels such as partnerships, events, and advertising
- Establish marketing KPIs and manage external vendors for SEO, design, and web development
Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven experience as an early-stage or founding marketer
- Demonstrated success building multi-channel growth systems (SEO, outbound, paid, and content)
- Experience operating within both PLG and SLG motions
- Strong operational discipline with a focus on data accuracy and messaging consistency
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
