Founding Machine Learning/AI Search Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build AI recommender systems to help users discover new career opportunities
• Develop AI browser agents to scrape and index job data in real-time
• Design scalable infrastructure to transform fragmented web data into a clean, searchable platform
• Ship high-quality product features that directly impact millions of monthly active users

Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals and systems design expertise
• Ability to learn fast and dive deep into unfamiliar technical problems
• Obsession with detail, quality, and correctness in engineering
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• General machine learning background
• Large-scale search and ranking systems
• ML recommender systems
• Retrieval infrastructure
• Building LLM Agents
