About the Company

Arcada is building the world stage for AI, creating arenas and real products that measure what models can actually do in the real world. We work with model providers to benchmark unreleased capabilities and define the standard for machine intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own launch videos end-to-end, including scripting, storyboarding, directing, and editing.
• Create product demos, cinematic reveals, and long-form explainers.
• Build brand systems for new arenas, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
• Manage distribution across social platforms like X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram.
• Develop creative templates and systems to allow for high-quality, rapid shipping.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of high-impact video and brand work.
• Ability to toggle between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
• Ability to work at a high velocity, shipping in days and iterating in hours.
• Genuine curiosity and fluency regarding frontier AI models.
• Experience with end-to-end video production and brand identity design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building brands that scale to millions of users.
• Deep understanding of social media platform nuances and content optimization.
