ResortPass is redefining what it means to be a hotel guest by providing day access to luxury hotel experiences, from breathtaking pools to deluxe spas. Our marketplace connects guests with over 2,500 partner hotels and resorts, including brands like Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons.

Responsibilities

• Own the iOS app end-to-end across core marketplace flows including search, discovery, and booking
• Build a high-quality native iOS codebase from the ground up, including architecture, state management, and CI/CD
• Partner with Product and Design to build intuitive, polished mobile experiences
• Define mobile app strategy and work with backend engineers to shape API contracts
• Drive performance, reliability, and quality across the application
• Set the technical bar for iOS engineering through architecture decisions and code reviews
• Play a foundational leadership role in building and mentoring the iOS team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production iOS applications with consumer-facing scale
• Strong command of Swift and modern iOS development patterns
• Experience leading or heavily influencing architecture decisions for substantial iOS codebases
• Proven ability to build polished native experiences with attention to performance and usability
• Strong engineering fundamentals in testing, observability, and release reliability
• Ability to work closely with backend engineers on APIs and data contracts
• High degree of product judgment and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at top engineering organizations or elite startups with a high bar for craft
