Responsibilities
- Qualify sales intentions of property owners within our existing management portfolio
- Schedule appointments directly into the calendars of our real estate agents
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (approx. 100+ per day) using data-driven signals
- Maintain clean data and results within the CRM
- Help build sales playbooks and iterate on call scripts based on practical feedback
- Transition from operational execution to onboarding and coaching as the team grows
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as an Inside Sales Agent, SDR, or BDR
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- High stamina for high-volume phone work
- Builder mentality with interest in creating processes from scratch
- Native-level German language skills
- Based in Berlin and willing to work onsite in Prenzlauer Berg
