About the role
About the Company
Qualitate is building the AI-native primary intelligence platform for enterprises, investment firms, and asset managers. We automate the entire primary research workflow, from study design and expert recruitment through AI-moderated interviews and insight synthesis.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire hiring engine from sourcing to closing
- Build candidate pipelines using AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche communities
- Manage interview loops, screening calls, and candidate engagement
- Own and refine recruiting operations and the ATS (Ashby)
- Partner with leadership to shape compensation strategy and employer brand
- Define interview processes, offer frameworks, and onboarding workflows
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Background in startup or high-growth company environments
- Ability to recruit across diverse functions including engineering and GTM
- Strong sourcing skills and creative outbound capabilities
- Operator mindset with focus on recruiting metrics and systems
- High ownership and proactive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting for a technology startup
- Experience building a recruiting function from the ground up
- Experience with Ashby ATS
- Existing candidate networks in NYC engineering, sales, or operations
