Founding Head of SEO

Responsibilities

• Architect a massive-scale programmatic SEO engine to build millions of optimized, high-converting job and category pages
• Collaborate with engineering to design site architecture and scalable content generation systems
• Manage crawl budgets for massive URL inventories and conduct log file analysis to ensure rapid indexation
• Drive off-page authority through scalable link-building campaigns and digital PR
• Ensure technical excellence across React/Next.js rendering, core web vitals, structured data, and dynamic internal linking

Requirements

• Elite technical SEO expertise with the ability to design architecture alongside engineers
• Proven experience with Programmatic SEO and large-scale URL management
• Deep understanding of search intent, taxonomies, and job seeker behavior
• Strong link-building and digital PR capabilities
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week in-person at our Cupertino office
• Extreme grit, hustle, and a high-intensity startup mindset
