Founding Head of Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and execute an elite talent acquisition engine to scale the company from 1M to 10M+ monthly active users
• Partner closely with founders to design hiring pipelines and craft compelling employer branding
• Drive aggressive outbound sourcing to identify and engage top-tier talent across engineering, product, and growth
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and assessment to closing and onboarding
• Identify pipeline bottlenecks and optimize interview processes to ensure high-quality, efficient hiring

Requirements

• Elite sourcing and assessment expertise with the ability to evaluate top 1% technical talent
• Mastery of candidate psychology and proven ability to structure offers and close highly sought-after candidates
• Proven experience in talent building and designing high-converting outbound outreach strategies
• Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-growth startup environment with extreme grit and hustle
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute autonomously and identify critical hiring needs
