Founding Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Pioneer exciting growth avenues to scale the platform from 1M to 10M+ monthly active users
• Work hand-in-hand with founders and the engineering team to design and execute UGC strategies
• Handle day-to-day marketing execution while identifying and solving growth bottlenecks
• Test hypotheses and execute marketing campaigns autonomously without a pre-defined roadmap
• Drive platform growth through social media virality and deep understanding of user psychology

Requirements

• Extreme grit and hustle with experience in high-intensity startup environments
• Deep expertise in social media and staying plugged into digital virality
• Technical understanding of software to effectively collaborate with engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of consumer behavior and user psychology
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week onsite in Cupertino, CA
• Proven obsession with metrics and scaling platforms to millions of users
