Hellyeah AI is building AI-native growth and marketing infrastructure for the next generation of fast-growing companies. Led by seasoned startup operators, including the previous global head of growth at Bytedance, we have already surpassed $10m in ARR through founder-led sales.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine ICP, wedge, and early customer segments
- Build pipeline from zero through outbound, partnerships, content, and community
- Run discovery calls, demos, pilots, negotiations, and early expansions
- Shape pricing, packaging, and service-to-product transitions
- Convert market feedback into product roadmap decisions
- Close lighthouse customers to create case studies and market leverage
- Build the first repeatable GTM playbook and recruit the next wave of talent
Requirements
- Proven experience building pipeline from near zero
- Strong ability to sell emerging or non-obvious products
- Excellent discovery, storytelling, and closing skills
- Ability to personally operate across the full funnel
- Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
- High urgency and strong founder compatibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into founders, growth leaders, or CMOs
- Background in SaaS, AI, or marketing technology
- Experience productizing custom work into repeatable offers
- Prior experience as a founder or early operator at a high-growth company
- Experience working in AI companies
