Hellyeah AI is building AI-native growth and marketing infrastructure for the next generation of fast-growing companies. As creation gets easier through tools like text-to-app and agentic workflows, Hellyeah is building the growth layer to ensure distribution remains a competitive moat.

Responsibilities

• Design and run adoption programs that drive real product usage
• Launch hackathons, build challenges, demo contests, and ecosystem campaigns
• Build strategic relationships with AI-native builder platforms and developer ecosystems
• Embed Hellyeah into workflows of tools like Lovable, Bolt, Replit, and Cursor
• Create community loops that convert interest into downloads, activation, and advocacy
• Develop ambassador, champion, and power-user programs
• Partner with product and growth teams to turn field insights into product improvements
• Define the operating playbook for developer growth from 0 to 1

Requirements

• Strong experience in developer products, ecosystem growth, DevRel, or PLG
• Track record of driving real product adoption and usage
• Experience with early-stage or fast-moving startup environments
• Deep intuition for how developer tools spread
• Ability to engage founders, developers, and technical partners credibly
• High-agency operator capable of creating momentum from scratch
• Strong understanding of builder workflows and AI-native product ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to code and ship demos
• Experience working in CLI environments
• Experience with APIs, open source, SDKs, or developer tooling
