Founding GTM Specialist (Business Banking)

Responsibilities

• Build and own the zero-to-one GTM playbook for Aspora's business banking platform in the UAE
• Generate pipeline through high-volume outbound, discovery calls, and building relationships with CFOs and finance directors
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing contracts
• Develop strategic partnership channels within the logistics, import/export, and professional services sectors
• Provide critical market intelligence to the product team to shape platform evolution

Requirements

• 3-6 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the UAE
• Proven experience selling financial products to SME finance teams (CFOs, finance directors, or treasury heads)
• Working knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, or business banking products
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous, "no playbook" environment with a high bias for execution
• Must be currently based in Dubai with existing UAE residency

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language skills
• An established professional network across UAE logistics, import/export, or professional services sectors
