About the role
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define talent bar, hiring goals, and employer branding
- Manage talent operations, candidate coordination, and recruiting tools
- Support People Ops and HR functions on an as-needed basis
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Paraform's mission and product
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for non-technical and GTM roles
- Experience in-house at a high-growth startup
- Proven track record of closing candidates in competitive markets
- Advanced sourcing skills and ability to drive outbound talent attraction
- High ownership mentality and ability to operate without a playbook
- Builder mindset with experience creating processes and structures
