Founding GTM Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define talent bar, hiring goals, and employer branding
• Manage talent operations, candidate coordination, and recruiting tools
• Support People Ops and HR functions on an as-needed basis
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Paraform's mission and product

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for non-technical and GTM roles
• Experience in-house at a high-growth startup
• Proven track record of closing candidates in competitive markets
• Advanced sourcing skills and ability to drive outbound talent attraction
• High ownership mentality and ability to operate without a playbook
• Builder mindset with experience creating processes and structures
