As an AI-enabled service and fund administrator, we’ve become the way fund CFOs adopt AI. We've raised $31 million from top-tier investors to build the financial infrastructure for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle hiring across all non-technical functions, including fund accounting and fund services
- Source high-quality individual contributors at the Associate-to-Senior level within fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS
- Build the recruiting playbook from scratch, including interview loops, scorecards, sourcing channels, and outreach
- Monitor and maintain pipeline health, including pass-through rates, time-to-offer, and offer acceptance
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience for business, operations, or go-to-market talent
- Experience recruiting into fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS
- Ability to manage diverse searches ranging from finance to sales
- High level of ownership and proactive candidate engagement
- Strong instinct for evaluating candidate quality and experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building recruiting infrastructure from scratch at a seed-to-Series B company
- Familiarity with Ashby or a comparable ATS
