About the Company
Kato is a profitable, venture-backed B2B AI startup building an AI-powered servicing platform for the lending industry. Unlike other AI solutions, Kato is built on a foundation of regulatory rules to ensure full compliance and best-in-class recoveries for critical servicing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of the lending market
- Own end-to-end outbound including research, list building, copy, and multi-channel outreach
- Manage conference efforts including outreach, marketing campaigns, and booths
- Define content strategy through blog posts, newsletters, and top-of-funnel materials
- Launch marketing efforts such as webinars and in-person events
- Manage nurture campaigns for dormant leads
- Maintain CRM hygiene and GTM reporting including conversion rates and pipeline velocity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Experience as a former founder or owning GTM/growth at an early-stage startup
- Background in sales development (SDR/BDR) or demand-focused marketing (MDR, field, or event marketing)
- Exceptional written communication skills
- High agency and ability to drive independent progress
- AI-native and automation-minded
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems like HubSpot
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience being measured directly on pipeline or revenue generation
