Jack & Jill is building the infrastructure for the future of the labor market. Using agentic AI, we provide Jack (a career co-pilot for candidates) and Jill (an AI talent partner for companies) to redefine how people and companies connect.
Responsibilities
- Hunt pipeline by owning outbound sequences and channel tests
- Close fast sales cycles with founders, TA leads, and hiring managers
- Drive customer activation to ensure roles go live in Jill quickly
- Diagnose and fix revenue bottlenecks
- Own the partnerships program and run events in the London startup ecosystem
- Systemise sales motions by building dashboards and workflows
Requirements
- Experience closing full-cycle deals at a fast-growth B2B SaaS or AI company
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to operate with high ambiguity and zero existing infrastructure
- Strong, structured communication skills
- Based in London with right to work in the UK
- Ability to work in-office 5 days a week in Shoreditch
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as an Account Executive at a product-led, high-growth company
- Experience as an elite recruiter with deep market knowledge
- Background as a founder's associate, chief of staff, or strategy consultant with GTM execution experience
