Founding GTM Lead

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle revenue including sourcing, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing multi-million dollar B2B contracts
• Manage the path from signed deal to first $1M in volume processed, coordinating technical integration and compliance onboarding
• Build outbound engines and GTM systems using tools like Clay and HubSpot
• Develop pricing playbooks and lead commercial negotiations for SOWs and SLAs
• Build product-led growth motions and developer funnels to feed the enterprise pipeline
• Codify sales playbooks and eventually hire and lead SDR and technical account management teams

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of B2B GTM experience with 0-to-1 sales motion ownership
• Proven track record of closing complex multi-million dollar contracts with technical buyers
• Deep technical fluency with the ability to demo API-based products and read specs
• Hands-on expertise with modern GTM stacks (Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
• Experience navigating regulated deal structures involving sponsor banks and compliance partners
• Player-coach mindset with a desire to carry a personal quota while building a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into fintech, payments, banking, or compliance sectors
• Background at companies like Stripe, Plaid, Modern Treasury, or similar infrastructure firms
• Expertise in cross-border payments, treasury, or FX
• Experience building product-led growth motions for developer-first API companies
• Proficiency with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog
• Familiarity with stablecoins and emerging regulated financial infrastructure
