About the Company

Hera is creating a new profession in healthcare to fill the last mile gap: the Hero, a dedicated senior care expert for your family. We provide education, coordination, and advocacy for the most vulnerable populations, covered by insurance to serve every family in America.

Responsibilities

• Own the health system referral engine from day one as an individual contributor
• Map the ecosystem of partners including geriatricians, social workers, nurses, and health system executives
• Build and run outreach to new health systems in New York, New Jersey, and during national expansion
• Develop and invent new GTM playbooks, combining classic business development with creative community engagement
• Track metrics and iterate on outreach strategies

Requirements

• Ability to build trust quickly with healthcare partners and stakeholders
• Relentless approach to business development without being transactional
• Strong ability to read people and understand unspoken hesitations or needs
• Experience or aptitude for building clarity out of ambiguity
• Based in NYC or willing to relocate to NYC
• High level of empathy and mission-driven mindset
