About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and automate the entire top-of-funnel outbound sales architecture from scratch
- Design automated prospecting workflows, LinkedIn management, and email/calling campaigns
- Execute complex enterprise deals with ACVs ranging from $100K to $1M
- Engage directly with C-suite decision-makers, including CFOs, CHROs, and CEOs
- Manage mid-funnel processes and qualify outbound leads to build a scalable pipeline
- Scale the GTM department and establish the foundational sales culture for future hires
Requirements
- Highly technical mindset with an automation-first approach to workflows
- Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate sales and operational workflows
- Experience managing sales collateral within a GitHub repository
- Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex enterprise sales motions
- Builder DNA with the ability to thrive in high-ownership, ambiguous environments
