About the Company

Proton is building the AI infrastructure for wholesale distribution, unifying CRM, PIM, eCommerce AI, and Order & Quote Entry AI into one platform. Backed by Felicis Ventures and Battery Ventures, Proton helps distributors move physical goods more efficiently through an AI-native data layer.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents from scratch to autonomously run GTM workflows like lead enrichment, scoring, and pipeline hygiene
• Own the HubSpot stack end-to-end, including data models, automations, and reporting
• Build outbound automation, enrichment pipelines, and lead scoring in Clay
• Maintain CRM hygiene, including deduplication, validation rules, and field governance
• Instrument the lead-to-closed-won funnel and own pipeline health and forecasting
• Build new-business and net revenue retention forecast models for the executive team
• Design territory, coverage, and governance models
• Stay on the cutting edge of agentic AI, including model capabilities and multi-agent orchestration
• Take projects from 0 to 1 through prototyping, deployment, and iteration

Requirements

• Experience building revenue systems from scratch
• Expert-level HubSpot architecture and administration skills
• Proficiency with Clay for automation and enrichment
• Production experience with Claude or comparable models for agentic workflows
• Strong data intuition and executive communication skills
• High bias toward ownership, urgency, and shipping in ambiguous environments
