About the Company

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. We are a small, in-person team in New York City, growing 5x year over year after a $15M Series A led by Footwork and Y Combinator.

Responsibilities

  • Build thoughtful automations that power our GTM motion including event preparation, prospecting strategy, and deal management
  • Create personalized, dynamic landing pages for high-value accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to surface triggers and meaningful intent signals
  • Turn high-level goals into scalable systems across marketing, sales, and customer success

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture
  • Experience building or owning systems that support sales pipelines
  • Strong grasp of tools in the modern GTM stack (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Hubspot)
  • Ability to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and feature development management

  • Excitement about leveraging AI and automation to make sales and customer workflows smarter
  • Strong desire to work at an early-stage startup and touch all parts of the product
