Founding GTM

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting into enterprise pharma accounts to book qualified meetings with senior decision makers.
• Craft sharp, personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn to engage busy executives.
• Research target accounts and map buying committees to build a high-quality, data-driven pipeline.
• Run and optimize multi-touch sequences, testing messaging and angles to improve conversion rates.
• Partner with founders and Account Executives to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and messaging.
• Maintain tight CRM hygiene and use data to prioritize high-potential accounts and contacts.

Requirements

• Smart and curious with the ability to pick up new concepts quickly and run independent experiments.
• Resilient and hungry, with a high energy for booking meetings and overcoming rejection.
• Clear and persuasive writing skills for high-level executive outreach.
• An ownership mindset with a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude.
• A genuine interest in the intersection of AI and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent English; proficiency in German is a plus.
