About the role
About the Company
Brainbase Labs is building the first AI Workforce. We work on Applied AI, creating AI Agents that act as employees, taking on roles from front-line conversational support to back-office operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day
- Set 10+ qualified meetings per week and join demos with leadership
- Own CRM hygiene and next steps until deals are closed
- Rewrite, test, and refine scripts in real time
- Learn the conversational agent landscape and speak confidently with founders
- Work closely with leadership to iterate on ICP, messaging, and outreach
Requirements
- Resourceful and able to get a lot done with minimal resources
- Resilient and able to persist through difficulty
- Decisive and able to make informed decisions under stress
- Ability to work full-time in-person in the San Francisco office

- $80k-$120k base with $125k–$185k OTE
